Challenge

The OCFO wanted to create a straightforward video, featuring municipal leaders speaking about production incentives—and b-roll footage of its most attractive locales. But we knew uninspired marketing wouldn’t generate the results our client was expecting.

Creative strategy

Instead of producing a run-of-the-mill video, we crafted an engaging, entertaining, and humorous short film geared toward filmmakers and creative-minded people. Highlighting Orange County’s gorgeous locations as the backdrop, we designed a narrative that emphasized the county’s cooperation with location scouts.
