Challenge

The project required a narrative that focused on the human condition vs. mere product; the brand needed to see big results in a short period of time; we only had a three week lead time to develop the creative strategy and execute the production before the holiday season.

Creative Strategy

We performed our in-depth exploratory and constructed the overarching strategy for a holiday makeover themed campaign. iDevices were able to find the Dumond family, who had suffered through a challenging Christmas in 2015, and surprise them—parents and children alike—with a smart- transformation of their home. We had to capture the family’s surprise and delight at iDevices’ gift—in real time—and construct a narrative that would resonate while reflecting the brand’s core values. The results were astonishing, heart-wrenching, and very worthy of sharing.
